Fire Doors
Crawford Door offers an Insulated Fire Door used when an opening in a fire wall requires a door that will reduce energy costs as well as serve as a normal fire door.

A Rolling Fire Door for Every Occasion
Crawford Door offers two types of fire door systems to meet the requirements of any fire door opening.
Simple-Test Manual Fire Doors
This group of fire doors requires manual resetting by a trained technician after the system has been tested or actuated. All Simple-Test Fire Doors feature Cookson's exclusive Sure-Close release spring, which can be reset with an open-end wrench from one side of the door. Available in Push-Up, Chain and Crank operation, both Mahon and Cookson's Simple-Test Fire Doors are more reliable and easier to reset than any other manual reset fire door, thus reducing resetting time from hours to minutes.
Auto-Test Fire Door Systems
Both Mahon and Cookson Auto-Test Fire Door Systems reset automatically after being tested or actuated by smoke detectors or building alarm systems. Once the alarm has been cleared the fire door system automatically resets and is ready for the next test or actuation. Auto-Test Fire Door Systems eliminate the need for a trained technician to test and reset the fire door, thus reducing testing and operating costs.

Counter fire doors engineering and configuration
Known for its contemporary styling and reliable performance, rolling counter fire doors provide the same degree of fire protection as the full-sized rolling service fire door. As with standard counter doors, counter fire doors are engineered with properly sized components and trim.
When rolling counter fire doors are complimented with Cookson's Fire Door Product Systems plus Firestop, the counter fire door system is complete. Not only is the required degree of safety provided, but the ease of testing and resetting of the counter door is included.
Cookson's single unit frame and curtain counter fire door consists of a completely unitized frame, custom built for pass windows, ticket windows or counter openings. This unit need not be installed as the wall is erected, but may be installed after the wall construction is complete, thus eliminating scratches and dents resulting from other construction activity.

Complete fire protection with fire doors from Crawford Detroit Doors
When combined with either of Cookson's Fire Door Product Systems, the Counter Fire Door with Sill and Trim and FireStop® counter top complete the fire protected installation. This cost-effective unit simplifies installation requirements and the need for additional trim to finish the opening is eliminated.
The compact Cookson Smoke Control Door is designed to obstruct the spread of smoke from one area of a building to another.
